Bozeman uses tax increment financing districts to fund eligible public improvements and development-supportive infrastructure. Assistance can support streets, utilities, sidewalks, public spaces, structured parking, streetscape, and other improvements that advance adopted district plans.
Eligibility
Property owners, developers, businesses, and public partners with projects in eligible Bozeman tax increment financing districts.
Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible district and align with adopted district goals
- Submit project description, budget, eligible cost documentation, and public benefit information
- Receive city or district board review and approval before beginning reimbursable work
