DOJ Tobacco Grant Program FY 2026/27

Approximately $28.5 million in grant funding for local enforcement efforts to reduce illegal retail sales and marketing of tobacco products to youth. Funds support compliance checks, retailer inspections, undercover operations, task force coordination, and consumer protection enforcement.

Eligibility

Public agencies with enforcement authority including police departments, sheriff's departments, code enforcement departments, environmental/public health departments, city and district attorneys, county counsel, and cities/counties with enforcement authority.
