Nebraska Biodiesel Tax Credit Act
Refundable income tax credit of $0.14 per gallon for Nebraska retail dealers who sell and dispense 100% biodiesel (B100) through a motor fuel pump at their retail site. Annual application period: January 1 through April 15.

Eligibility
Nebraska retail motor fuel dealers who sell and dispense biodiesel on a retail basis through a motor fuel pump at a taxpayer's retail motor fuel site.
Requirements
- Must be a Nebraska retail motor fuel dealer
- Must sell and dispense biodiesel (B100) through a retail motor fuel pump
- Annual application period: January 1 through April 15
