Eligibility
Ohio businesses including construction and trade contractors that are creating jobs, expanding payroll, or investing in fixed assets. Grant decisions are based on job creation, additional payroll, fixed-asset investment, return on investment, and project location.
Requirements
- Must be an Ohio employer
- Must demonstrate job creation or payroll expansion
- Training must improve worker skills in areas such as safety, technical processes, or quality management
