Eligibility
Eligible participants are Hispanic, Black, and other minority entrepreneurs and small businesses, including North Carolina applicants, seeking technical assistance to scale and connect with capital resources.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to operate a Hispanic-owned, Black-owned, or other minority-owned business
- Engage with USHCC or an eligible chamber partner for capital-readiness programming
- Provide business profile, capital needs, and growth information during intake
