About this program
The Niagara Falls Small Business Property Improvement Program is a $5 million program funded through the Regional Revitalization Partnership and administered locally by the N.F.C. Development Corporation. The program provides grants of up to 50 percent of eligible project costs, capped at $100,000 per property, to small businesses and property owners in designated Niagara Falls program districts. Eligible costs include commercial improvements, facade restoration, demolition or renovations, remediation of existing structures, new construction and build-out, site acquisition, and new equipment purchases tied to traditional mixed-use business district revitalization.
Eligibility
Small businesses and property owners with eligible projects located in designated Niagara Falls program areas, including the USA Niagara Development District and Niagara Street corridor, that have site control and minimum eligible project costs of $25,000.
