Eligibility
Eligible affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing providers, community housing development organizations, and partners meeting HOME and City of San Jose requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through City of San Jose housing funding opportunities when available
- Provide development scope, site control, financing plan, affordability commitments, and readiness documentation
- Comply with HOME income, affordability, environmental, procurement, and reporting rules
