Eligibility
Manufacturers and other eligible businesses may qualify for long-term rural enterprise zone incentives when building or expanding facilities in qualifying rural counties and zones.
Requirements
- Locate the facility in an eligible county and designated rural enterprise zone
- Execute the required agreement with the local zone sponsor before project work
- Meet investment, employment, compensation, and facility requirements
