Eligibility
Oregon businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, controlled, and operated by one or more qualifying Native American owners may apply for Minority Business Enterprise certification through COBID.
Requirements
- Register the business with the Oregon Secretary of State
- Demonstrate at least 51 percent Native American ownership and control
- Provide ownership, management, tax, and business documentation
