Eligibility
Current Arkansas college and university students, and in some divisions students from nearby eligible institutions, may compete under current Governor's Cup rules.
Requirements
- Form an eligible student-led team
- Create a business plan or competition submission under current rules
- Submit through the current Governor's Cup process by the stated deadline
