Eligibility
Eligible Delaware businesses, nonprofits, and public entities with qualifying energy efficiency or clean energy projects.
Requirements
- Complete program intake or energy assessment before starting work
- Provide facility information, utility data, project scope, equipment, contractor estimates, and financing information
- Complete approved installation and submit invoices and verification for incentive or loan closing
