About this program
The Downtown Development Authority Facade Grant Program partners with private property owners to renovate building facades, preserve downtown character, improve the pedestrian environment, and encourage reinvestment within the DDA district.
Eligibility
Property owners or eligible tenants with owner approval for buildings located in the Downtown Fort Collins DDA district.
Requirements
- Contact DDA staff before starting work
- Submit application, facade scope, design materials, cost estimates, photos, and owner authorization
- Complete approved work and provide invoices and completion documentation for reimbursement
