Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP)
SGIP provides incentive payments to California businesses installing clean and efficient on-site energy generation and storage technologies including wind, fuel cells, advanced energy storage, and combined solar-storage systems.

Eligibility
California businesses and residents served by PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, or SoCalGas that install qualifying distributed energy generation or storage technologies.
Requirements
- Must be a California utility ratepayer (PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, or SoCalGas)
- Must install a qualifying clean energy technology (storage, wind, fuel cell, etc.)
- Must apply through a registered Program Administrator
