Funds can assist eligible businesses and property owners with improvements that activate street-facing spaces.

Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible metropolitan redevelopment area
- Submit business or property information, project scope, budget, cost estimates, and activation plan
- Receive MRA approval and comply with grant agreement and reimbursement documentation
