Eligibility
Eligible borrowers are qualified Rhode Island small businesses, including veteran-owned businesses with fewer than 100 employees, applying for loans through participating local banks or credit unions; lending decisions are made by the financial institutions.
Requirements
- Operate as a Rhode Island small business with fewer than 100 employees.
- Apply for a business loan through a participating BankLOCAL financial institution.
- Identify veteran-owned status where applicable for the enhanced 2-to-1 deposit incentive.
