Provides grant funding to cover a portion of lease payments for NJ small businesses and nonprofits leasing new or additional space. Supports growth and expansion through reduced lease cost burden.

NJ small businesses and nonprofits leasing new or additional commercial space; minimum lease term and square footage requirements apply. Cannabis license holders not eligible. Tax Clearance Certificate required.
