About this program
Finger Lakes Forward is the regional economic development strategy supported by New York State investments for the Finger Lakes region. Funding can support priority projects in optics, photonics, imaging, agriculture and food production, downtown revitalization, workforce, and innovation-led economic development.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses, nonprofits, municipalities, and development partners with priority projects in the Finger Lakes region.
Requirements
- Project must align with Finger Lakes regional economic development priorities
- Apply through appropriate Empire State Development or Consolidated Funding Application channels
- Provide project budget, readiness, jobs, investment, and public benefit documentation
