About this program
The Dix-Vernor Facade Improvement Program provides grant funding to selected businesses in the Dix-Vernor Business District Improvement Authority area for exterior facade improvements that support job creation, blight prevention, walkability, and corridor revitalization.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses located in the Dix-Vernor commercial corridor that meet city program, business, property, and good-standing requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through the city when the program application period opens
- Submit project scope, cost estimate, property and business documentation, match information, and required city forms
- Complete approved facade work according to program and CDBG requirements
