About this program
The NJEDA Small Business Lease Grant provides grant funding to offset a portion of annual lease payments for eligible New Jersey small businesses and nonprofits that lease new or additional first-floor office, retail, or industrial space.
Eligibility
Eligible New Jersey small businesses and nonprofits with no more than 50 full-time equivalent employees and no more than $5 million in annual revenue that sign qualifying new or amended leases.
Requirements
- Sign a qualifying lease or amendment for eligible space
- Meet employee and revenue limits
- Provide lease, tax clearance, and business documentation
