About this program
The Office of Contractor and Supplier Diversity implements MWBE and service-disabled veteran-owned business goals on Empire State Development projects and monitors compliance through the New York State Contract System.
Eligibility
Certified MWBE and SDVOB firms, prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants participating in ESD projects.
Requirements
- Firms must maintain appropriate certification where applicable, register in procurement systems, respond to solicitations, submit utilization or compliance documents, and follow contract reporting requirements.
