About this program
The R&D with Universities incentive provides an income tax credit for qualified research expenditures when an eligible business contracts with one or more Arkansas colleges or universities to perform research.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses conducting qualified research with Arkansas higher education institutions under AEDC requirements.
Requirements
- Apply to AEDC before claiming credits
- Contract with an Arkansas college or university for qualifying research
- Document qualified research expenditures and comply with tax credit rules
