Illinois farms and food businesses operating in the middle of the food supply chain, including processors, distributors, aggregators, and value-added producers.
Requirements
- Must be an Illinois farm or food business in the middle food supply chain
- Projects must build supply chain resilience
- Must support small farms and food businesses
