Eligibility
Eligible applicants include existing startup incubators serving key growth industries established prior to March 1, 2020 and still in operation; new incubators focused on key growth industries; and new incubators serving areas where entrepreneurs lack access to incubator services.
Requirements
- Must be a startup incubator aligned with Illinois Economic Growth Plan key growth industries
- Existing incubators must have been established prior to March 1, 2020
- Must still be in operation at time of application
