Eligibility
Fiscal year 2025 distressed counties as defined by the Appalachian Regional Commission in Tennessee. Local governments and their designees in these counties are eligible for subgrants.
Requirements
- Must be in an ARC-designated distressed county in Tennessee
- Must be a local government or eligible designee
- Project must be an energy efficiency or conservation improvement
