Eligibility
Out-of-state employers with 25+ U.S. FTEs moving NJ-resident employees to NJ worksites.
Requirements
- Principally located in another state using convenience of employer taxation rule
- Must have 25 or more U.S. full-time employees
- In substantial good standing with NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development
