Eligibility
Eligible applicants are diverse-owned small businesses located in Charlotte-Mecklenburg priority geographies and meeting the program's ownership, size, location, and eligible-use requirements.
Requirements
- Operate an eligible small business in Charlotte-Mecklenburg
- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by a diverse owner, including a woman owner
- Use funds for eligible capital assets such as equipment, technology, inventory, or real estate-related investments
