About this program
The Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program provides qualifying companies with quarterly cash payments of up to 5% of new taxable payroll for up to 10 years. The program is designed for businesses that create well-paid jobs in Oklahoma and meet payroll, wage, health insurance, and industry eligibility requirements.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are businesses in qualifying industries that create at least $2.5 million in new annual payroll in Oklahoma and meet average wage, benefits, and program requirements.
Requirements
- Business must operate in an eligible industry.
- Business must create at least $2.5 million in new annual payroll within three years.
- Average wage of new jobs must meet the lower of county average wage or state threshold requirements.
