Requirements
- Submit a complete Plan Year 2026 CDBG Community Opportunity Grant application
- Document eligible activity, national objective, budget, beneficiaries, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Meet HUD CDBG procurement, environmental, reporting, and performance requirements
