About this program
The Community Economic Development Fund provides loans and technical assistance to Connecticut small businesses, including Meriden businesses, that cannot access adequate conventional financing and need capital for startup, stabilization, growth, equipment, or working capital.
Eligibility
Connecticut small businesses and entrepreneurs, including low- and moderate-income business owners and underserved businesses in Meriden, with viable financing needs.
Requirements

- Submit business plan or financing request, financial documents, use of funds, repayment information, and owner documentation
- Participate in technical assistance or advising as needed
