About this program
Iowa's Targeted Small Business program provides certification and access to financial assistance such as loans and loan guarantees for qualifying small businesses owned by women, minorities, service-disabled veterans, or individuals with disabilities.

Certified Iowa Targeted Small Businesses that meet ownership, size, and operational requirements and need eligible business financing.
Requirements
