Iowa Industrial New Jobs Training Program

Iowa's 260E program finances training for employees hired into new jobs created by business expansion or location projects.

About this program

The Iowa Industrial New Jobs Training Program, commonly called 260E, helps businesses train new employees when they create jobs through expansion, relocation, or startup projects. Community colleges issue training certificates backed by a diversion of payroll withholding taxes from the new jobs, allowing customized training support for eligible employers.
