Eligible applicants are Black-owned brick-and-mortar small businesses in the United States that meet Wish Local program requirements, including South Carolina retailers and local businesses.
Requirements
- Business must be Black-owned and operate a qualifying local storefront or business location.
- Submit the Empowerment Program application during an open cycle.
- Provide business ownership, location, contact, and funding-use information.
