About this program
The Michigan Business Development Program provides incentives for highly competitive business attraction and expansion projects that create qualified new jobs and investment in Michigan communities such as Battle Creek.
Eligibility
Eligible companies considering job-creating business expansion or location projects in Michigan that need incentive support to proceed.
Requirements
- Work with MEDC before project commitments are made
- Document project competition, investment, job creation, wages, and local support
- Receive Michigan Strategic Fund approval and meet performance milestones
