Eligibility
Cannabis businesses with gross revenue of no more than $5 million and at least 50% ownership by people meeting DCC equity criteria related to cannabis criminalization, income, or impacted neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Start or maintain a DCC cannabis license application or renewal.
- Submit DCC equity fee relief request forms and supporting documentation.
- Renew equity eligibility annually if using the program.
