Eligibility
Oregon SSI recipients with disabilities may use a PASS when Social Security approves a written plan to reach a work or self-employment goal.
Requirements
- Receive SSI or be eligible for SSI after setting aside income or resources
- Have a specific work or self-employment goal
- Submit a written PASS plan to Social Security
