McFarland provides community grants to eligible nonprofit and charitable community organizations for projects that improve local quality of life.
About this program
The Village of McFarland Community Grant Program provides local funding for projects and ideas that go beyond standard Village services and improve quality of life in the community. Eligible requests can support neighborhood engagement, special events, public education, youth mentoring and education, small capital projects, equipment, health and wellness, food security, environmental sustainability, adult education, workforce development, and other community-enhancing projects approved by the Village.
Eligibility
Eligible community organizations that regularly meet within the Village of McFarland and are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3), or that provide charitable services, sponsorships, or donations in the community without discrimination, may apply.
Requirements
- Organization must be an active community group or organization that regularly meets within the Village of McFarland.
- Applicant must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) or provide charitable services, sponsorships, or donations in the community without discrimination.
- Request must support an eligible community benefit such as engagement, education, youth mentoring, health, food security, environmental sustainability, workforce development, equipment, or small capital projects.
