Eligibility
Eligible applicants are commercial property owners, including industrial and manufacturing property owners, with qualifying projects located in an approved Montana C-PACE district.
Requirements
- Own or control an eligible commercial or industrial property in an approved C-PACE district.
- Propose qualifying permanent energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy, or resiliency improvements.
- Complete required energy assessment or feasibility study documentation.
