Enhanced downtown grant assistance for businesses in Jacksonville's Northbank and Southbank core retail areas.
About this program
The DIA Core Retail Enhancement Program provides stronger incentive support for eligible retail and food-and-beverage businesses in priority core retail zones. Funding is intended to fill financing gaps for tenant improvements, build-out, equipment, and activation costs that bring street-level uses downtown.
Eligibility
Qualifying retail, restaurant, grocery, entertainment, or service businesses in DIA core retail enhancement areas.
Requirements
- Locate in an eligible core retail area
- Meet minimum investment and use requirements
- Enter into an approved redevelopment or grant agreement
