About this program
The Alabama Jobs Act Investment Credit provides qualifying businesses with an annual credit of up to 1.5 percent of qualified capital investment for approved projects that create new jobs in Alabama.
Eligibility
Approved companies undertaking qualifying projects that create jobs and capital investment in Alabama.
Requirements
- Receive approval from the Alabama Department of Commerce
- Meet project job and investment requirements
- Enter into a project agreement and complete annual certification
