Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Oklahoma employers, including disability-owned businesses, that hire workers who are certified members of WOTC target groups such as vocational rehabilitation referrals, qualified SSI recipients, and certain disabled veterans.
Requirements
- Hire a worker who may qualify under a WOTC disability-related target group.
- Complete IRS Form 8850 by the day the job offer is made.
- Submit certification paperwork through Oklahoma's WOTC process within the required deadline.
