Eligibility
Artists and art sellers with an established location within the boundaries of a certified Louisiana Cultural Product District selling original works of art.
Requirements
- Must sell from an established location within a designated Cultural Product District
- Art must be original and one-of-a-kind
- Must use Sales Tax Exemption Certificates (R-1384) from Louisiana Department of Revenue
