Nevada Cannabis Establishment License Application and Renewal Pathway
The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board administers cannabis establishment licensing and renewal for businesses that grow, manufacture, test, distribute, sell, or allow consumption of cannabis.

Eligibility
Nevada cannabis businesses and applicants may use the CCB licensing pathway when an application period or renewal is available for an eligible cannabis establishment license type.
Requirements
- Apply only for a cannabis establishment license type authorized by Nevada law and CCB regulations.
- Monitor CCB notices for open application periods if seeking a new license.
- Use the Accela Cannabis Customer Portal for renewals and other available licensing actions.
