Eligibility
Eligible applicants are businesses in Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, or Delaware that are at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by a qualifying minority owner, including a Native American owner, and meet NMSDC certification standards.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by a qualifying Native American or other minority owner.
- Operate in the EMSDC service region, including Pennsylvania.
- Submit the NMSDC/EMSDC certification application and required ownership, control, financial, and business documentation.
