Colorado Springs Downtown Development Authority Building Enhancement Grants
Downtown DDA grant program providing funding to downtown Colorado Springs property and business owners for building façade improvements, structural repairs, and exterior enhancements. Aims to revitalize the downtown core through capital improvements.
About this program
DDA also offers Retail Incentive Grants ($10,000-$50,000) for attracting/retaining downtown retail and Tree Canopy Grants ($2,000-$12,000) for landscaping. Applications accepted until April 1, 2026.
Eligibility
Property and business owners located within the Downtown Colorado Springs DDA boundary. Funds capital improvements such as façade renovations, awning replacements, signage, and exterior structural repairs. Requires matching investment by property/business owner.
