Tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds issued by Kansas cities or counties enabling manufacturers to finance facility construction, expansion, or equipment acquisition at below-market interest rates; bondholders receive tax-exempt interest income, passing savings to the manufacturer.

Eligibility
Kansas manufacturers and eligible industrial businesses undertaking qualifying capital projects (facility construction, renovation, or major equipment acquisition) in collaboration with a local city or county government.
Requirements
- Partner with a Kansas city or county to issue IRBs on the project's behalf
- Capital project must be a qualifying industrial or manufacturing facility
- Apply through the Kansas Department of Commerce and local government
