About this program
The Minnesota Investment Fund provides financing to help companies expand, add workers, and retain high-quality jobs, with a focus on industrial, manufacturing, and technology-related businesses. Eligibility
Eligible applicants are local units of government applying on behalf of eligible expanding businesses, typically in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, technology, or related traded-sector industries.
Requirements
- A local unit of government must apply to DEED on behalf of the business.
- Business must generally be engaged in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, technology-related industries, or another eligible traded-sector activity.
- Project must create or retain high-quality jobs in Minnesota.
