Eligibility
Businesses contributing to approved Opportunity Scholarship Organizations (OSOs) in Pennsylvania. OSOs must be approved by DCED to receive contributions and award scholarships.
Requirements
- Contributing businesses must apply to DCED for tax credit allocation
- Contributions must go to an approved Opportunity Scholarship Organization
- OSOs must be approved by DCED prior to receiving contributions
