Eligible businesses, developers, nonprofits, and institutions with qualifying projects in DeKalb County, including Decatur.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Decide DeKalb before project financing
- Submit project scope, investment, job, financing, and public benefit documentation
- Meet authority approval, bond counsel, underwriting, and closing requirements
