SSA Plan to Achieve Self-Support (PASS) — Self-Employment Funding for SSI Recipients
SSA PASS allows SSI recipients to set aside income and resources for a work goal — including business startup costs — without losing SSI benefits. PASS funds can cover equipment, training, inventory, licensing, and other startup expenses.
