About this program
The FastTrack Job Training Assistance Program supports new and expanding Tennessee companies by helping fund training for net new full-time employees. Grants are provided directly to companies and are disbursed for eligible new positions created and retained according to program guidelines and an approved contract.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are new or expanding companies in Tennessee that create net new full-time jobs and need training support for those new positions.
Requirements
- Company must be new to Tennessee or expanding in Tennessee.
- Project must create net new full-time positions averaging at least 37.5 hours per week.
- New positions must be maintained for 12 months and health coverage must be offered.
